问题描述如下：我把Ventoy安装到硬盘上使用（设备为清华同方一体机，CPU为9代i5），在分区设置中保留了400G空间用来存放其它数据（整个硬盘容量为1T，实际可用931G）。用最新的1.0.45版本升级后，400G空间上建立的分区被清除，用DiskGenius可以发现丢失分区并找回，数据还在。开始以为是偶然现象，后来在另一台联想商务机上进行Ventoy升级（4代i5，1T硬盘同样保留400G空间），结果相同，efi分区后的空间上建立的分区被清除，需要用分区软件找回。

不知道是否有其他用户也遇到了这个问题，毕竟影响到数据安全，请作者进行测试，如果确实存在这种情况请在后续版本中进行修正，谢谢！

Greetings, I would like to ask about a question I have. I have created a 1 Tera pendrive, with the Ventoy program, version 0.45. But when I try to boot from the pendrive, instead of leaving the ISO selection window, to install ... I get a window in CMD, which I attach a screenshot. I don't know what it is, in a previous version, Ventoy had worked very well for me, it started in the iso files selection menu ... but now, I don't know if it will be because of the size of the pendrive, but it doesn't start me ... .Thank you

I'm running Ventoy-1.0.44 installed on a known good USB (partition type GPT). I've copied 4 different Linux iso's and a Win10 iso to the USB. All iso's will boot in either UEFI or BIOS mode. When I boot from the USB I can see all of them, but when I select any of them all I see is a black screen. I even waited 10 minutes, nothing happens.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

I have Ventoy installed on an 59GiB microSD, also with FreeBSD 14-CURRENT and 13-STABLE, OpenIndiana, and Tribblix inside the Ventoy exFAT
But those all seem to be outside the Ventoy awareness ... Will the Ventoy team add those in your next releases?

Tiny core linux is a live-cd. Can Ventoy create a hard drive bootloader? I have been having Ventoy bootable in my usb flash. If Ventoy can't do it, I'll make a grub2 bootable

My 2th PC its Intel NUC NUC5i7RYH and when I try to boot with Ventoy 1.0.44 as Legacy Mode I get a strange screen when I try to boot the Acronis True Image.

Sometimes in others PCs has the same problem.....

I've added the lastest iso version of rescuezilla (rescuezilla-2.1.3-64bit.groovy.iso) on my Ventoy USB key.
I can boot using this key and I can see the Ventoy menu where all my isos are listed.
When I select rescuezilla, I can see the starting menu of rescuezilla where I can select which application I want to use.
But each time I select any of them, I get the following error message :
error: invalid magic number
error: you need to load kernel first

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue ?

I'm having a weird issue with Ventoy on just one computer and it's puzzling me.
I have a USB stick with version 1.0.44 installed on it. When I use it on several computers, it works just fine.
But when I plug it into my main machine, I don't even get the "vtloading... " prompt. I just get a blinking cursor and that's it.

I tried it on an old Intel Atom netbook and it works no problem. I tried it on a newer AMD Vision powered laptop, no problem there either.

I know the computer on which Ventoy fails to boot will successfully run YUMI and any other GRUB2 based versions of Linux without any issue.

I tried putting Ventoy in Secure Boot mode. I tried changing the boot partition from MBR to GPT. And so far all I get is the blinking cursor and a machine that only reacts to CTRL-ALT-DELETE.

I really like using Ventoy and would like to get it working on that machine too.

Anybody has any hint of what I could do to get it working?

The system that gives me problems is running an Intel Core-2 Duo E8400 on an HP 3048h motherboard. The bios is from HP and dated 2009. When I run HWINFO, it tells me that it's a non-UEFI bios.
