Why am I getting this error? <SOLVED>

Hi all speaking from Italy ,



I did a vdi disk and install an virtualbox arch distribution ( endevarous Apollo ) , follow the documentation I installed vtoy2boot , then using vdiskchain I was able to boot my .vdi disk virtualbox from grub2 of my desktop pc for two months.



Now  , after an arch update/upgrade , I'm non able again to run my vdi disk from grub but only using virtualbox from my ubuntu linux system.




If I try to run .vdi from grub2 i have a message like :




Not bootfile found for UEFI !

Maybe the image does not support 64 bit UEFI

Note if I use other .vdi file in my hard disk , I'm able to boot from grub2



i googled around but I never found an error like this for ventoy/grub2

You can add the conf_add plugin similar to the conf_replace plugin, but instead of replacing grub.cfg/isolinux.cfg it adds the code to grub.cfg/isolinux.cfg.

is there a way to inject VentoyAutoRun.bat into any loaded iso file?

Could anyone help me with this problem, has anyone seen something similar?
I'm using seagate 1TB external HD, I have windows 10 iso modified by ntlite that I use every day.
If I try to install Windows in Legacy mode, it stops at the second menu screen and does not go beyond it, other times it simply appears a black screen and does not come out of it, rare times it passes and the installation begins, but it is only possible to delete partitions, create partitions presents mistake.
But if you boot via EFI mode, it works normally either option.
The problem only happens in legacy mode.
Has anyone had this kind of problem?
I tested with the versions ventoy-1.0.80 and ventoy-1.0.79
(error to create partition only presents if using wimboot option)

I created a LinuxMint  vdi.vtoy file which boots to Linux Desktop OK
The Ventoy USB drive has three partitions.
Linux can access Partition 2 and Partition 3 on the Ventoy USB drive but Partition 1 is not accessible.
Is there any way to access files on Partition 1 please?

Hello!
So i have 2 folders under ventoy folder the root one, and there are isos on both folders.
I was wondering is there a way to edit de menu when i press the folder, and i want to go back to the root
Instesd of appearing the pathing, appearing a text like “ back to main menu”

It appears like this when i boot

[live windows]
[windowd installers]

If i press windows installers for instance it appears my isos and the pathing for the root folder like

[\ventoy\windows installers\…]——>this i want to edit to be like [back to main menu]
