The download there does not work for me.

But sadnesslly the checks SHA1 and MD5 numbers (in compare to the numbers of the creator´s website) did fail.
And there are (many) viruses warnings at majorgeeks.com in the comments.

I think you can ignore the virus warnings in the comments on Majorgeeks - they are false positives as is also said in comments at Majorgeeks. You could also try to download from here: https://sergeistrelec.name/version_history_en.html

This I tried as first, but did not work. 

At first this, please: WinPE is a Microsoft product, as I understand.
This WinPE version appears as very different, but with the same name as the Microsoft´s product.
Already this is very confusing.

For my USB-stick trouble I can plug off every hard-drive.
Second: But for Windows or Linux access I will definitly never use this.

Still unclear now just is the not identical checksums. Before burning the DVD
