I tried the latest windows 11 from uupdump.net, and its the same problem that I had on windows 10 ISOs. The version number I tried are: 22621:2066

I was using the new version 1.0.16 in external mode. And I got the same error as I did previous on new isos with windows 10 and 11. I tried to change to ExternalNET and set the bootfile to iventoy_loader_16000_uefi, but it wouldnt even boot the pxe menu. I reverted back to version 1.0.14, and it booted windows 10 and 11 ISOs without problem. So I think there is some bugs in the new 1.0.16 version. Befor upgrading and downgrading, I deleted the data folder in iventoy folder to reset the settings.

When you use a new iVentoy release, don't just delete some folder to upgrading or downgrading.
Just download and decompress the new release freshly.
