Both I have
memtest+
memtest86

It works on VirtualBox but not on real hardware.
Downgradig to 0.98 resolves the issue-

Nice find. It's interesting how it worked in VirtualBox but not on the actual machine - definitely points to a specific UEFI/Legacy boot handling fix in the newer Ventoy version.
