Dont work with external DHCP.

1. I can't see the first two pictures.
2. What's the client doing? Take a photo about the client machine screen.

From the client screen it shows that the client send a DHCP request but no response recived.
So there must be some problem with your DHCP server, check its log.
Does it receive the client's DHCP request?

Code 11: A lease was renewed by a client.

Firewall on PXE server was off for tests.

In the picture, the client said "Server response timeout" which means the client didn't receive the server's response.
You can capture some packets by tcpdump or wireshark.
