Is the install.wim file supported for installation from ventoy?

How do I proceed with installing the install.wim file?

NO.
install.wim is not a bootable wim file. It is essentially just a compressed file, just like .zip .xz .7z ...
Maybe some WinPE can process install.wim.

Mainly "Windows" is used.

Instead of using an "iso" file every time...

I want to install "install.wim" or "install.esd" file myself.

There is only one "iso" default file, and supporting multiple "install" files will reduce your USB capacity.
