Winpe Windows 10 PEAnkhTech 4.2 Problem

Hi, I started to use this WinPE edition, Windows 10 PE AnkhTech 4.2. It's working fine with Invetoy, but the problem is Invetoy loads the program that is just stored in the WIM file. Other apps outside of the WIM file are not working because they're outside of the WIM file. ?
