Issues with windows vista/7 ISO's with ventoy

Okay, I cleaned the entire USB in diskpart, used ventoy without secureboot support, MBR partition in NTFS for known good win7 ISO, but same behavior.
In normal boot the underscore is just flashing and apart from that nothign is being extecuted.
In wimboot mode the installer launches but then asks for some unknown driver.

Any ideas?
