Look at the grub.cfg which boots Debian and see what commands are used (kernel, initrd etc.)
Now use the Ventoy Update button to make the disk boot to Ventoy.
Then make a \ventoy\ventoy_grub.cfg file to place a menu entry into it which loads your Debian boot files.
You may need to change the root in your menu.
