problème installation en mode BIOS Ubuntu 20 (Unable To fond a medium. ..)

Bonjour, j'ai préparer  ma cle  usb de 16giga avec ventoy la dernière version , j'ai ensuite copié ubuntu 20 desktop. mai lors du boot en mode BIOS , lorsque je sélectionne l'iso de Ubuntu ,j'ai cette erreur
