Hello,
I'm new on this forum and with iVentoy,
But i have encouter your problem, so this might help :

For me it was a network issue... i needed 2 interfaces, 1 DHCP and 1 manual to push the DHCP from iventoy,
and since i'm new to the usage of Linux (i used Debian 12.5) i had trouble to make both interfaces work properly.

when i finnaly fixed those issues, the start of iventoy was a success each time.

But when i see the message and the troubles you encouter, i wonder if your issue is only about the rights on your folder. maybe try to give you user more privileges ?
or change the path to you iventoy's folders where your user would have more permissions ?

Hope i helped you, GL !
