iso not working HP SSA Offline

since hp was awesome and discountined there offline SSA admin iso I had to source it from here 
HP Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) OFFLINE bootable ISO Disk Image | SahliTech

the iso will 'boot' but will not mount the file system

img will boot and run normally if written with rufus, I tried memboot mode no change this iso is doing something funky
