since hp was awesome and discountined there offline SSA admin iso I had to source it from here

the iso will 'boot' but will not mount the file system

img will boot and run normally if written with rufus, I tried memboot mode no change this iso is doing something funky

Are you using a Ventoy usb flash drive (removable) or or a usb SSD or HDD or one that appears as a fixed disk
