iVentoy 1.0.27 release

• 2026/04/20 --- 1.0.27 release
  

1. Add arm64 linux build. Now iVentoy can run in arm64 machine. (e.g. Raspberry PI)
   
   
2. Only 64-bit Windows builds will be provided in future updates.
   
   
3. Fix the ISO uploading issue.
   
   
4. Fix some boot issue for Windows7, WindowsServer 2012R2.
