我好像找到原因了，
ventoy启动选Ubuntu vtoy，Ubuntu菜单按E进入grub编辑，在'quiet splash' 后面添加 nomodeset，保存继续启动系统成功进Ubuntu画面，为了下次重启能保持grub参数，进Ubuntu桌面后，修改/etc/default/grub，找到quiet splash字符，在后面追加 nomodeset，保存即可永久生效
