I tested WinPE10 8 Sergei Strelec x86 x64 2021.01.05 English with Ventoy-1.0.33/1.0.34.
ISO: WinPE10_8_Sergei_Strelec_x86_x64_2021.01.05_English.ISO (4GB)
Download (EN/RU): Home site
Boot: Legacy/MBR, UEFI64 (Secure Boot > Disabled)
Platform: Lenovo Z1-70 i5-5200U AMD graphic
Info: Strelec works on Windows 7x64.

Note (problems encountered etc.):
1.0.33:
- I copy only ISO to USB - boot not run (start menu Strelec is black - pic. 4).
Boot: MBR/Legacy - work. UEFI: not work (ISO boot ok and Strelec not start)
- I copy ISO and extract SSTR folder from ISO into Ventoy USB root directory (pic. 3) and after booting all programs and options is complete.
Tested: Win10 x64/Win10 x86/Win8 x86
Boot: MBR/Legacy - work. UEFI: not work (ISO boot ok and Strelec not start)
1.0.34:
- I copy only ISO to USB and work ok - after booting all programs and options is complete.
Tested: Win10 x64/Win10 x86/Win8 x86
Boot: MBR/Legacy - work. UEFI: not work (ISO boot ok and Strelec not start)
- I copy ISO and extract SSTR folder from ISO into Ventoy USB root directory (see picture 3) and after booting all programs and options is complete.
Tested: Win10 x64/Win10 x86/Win8 x86
Boot: MBR/Legacy - work. UEFI boot: work (only Win10 x64).

yes i can confirm that strelec works in mbr and in uefi mode but only for strelec w 10 x64, for w10 x86 or for w8 x86 it dont mount iso file when booting and therefore is incomplete, the only way is to copy sstr folder from iso into Ventoy root directory , in this way it works

very strange! after copied SSTR folder in ventoy partition for me it works: mbr boot w10 64 and w10 32 correctly, w8 not boot correctly, in uefi only w1064 is ok ( but this is a limit for uefi 64) have to try booting directly wim files inside SSTR folder)
triyed now booting directly wim files inside SSTR folder works perfectly in mbr w10 64 and 32 and also w8 , have to test in uefi 64

I could only check under MBR but all images and menus work for me under 1.0.35

yes i can confirm you are absolutely right 1.0.35 in mbr boot without problems strelec from iso without SSTR folder, all is ok w1064 w1086 w886, have to try in uefi

I extract SSTR folder to root directory on ventoy usb and after booting (and press F3) I see SSTR folder and I have only DOS subfolder.. I don' t see any other folders and files (ex. wim)...

ah ok, you have to read carefully in site of Ventoy all about plugins, this is essential to boot all types of files, :

https://www.ventoy.net/en/plugin_wimboot.html
if you dont have this plugin , Ventoy cannot use .wim files , for that you cannot see them.
but as you can read in previous posts with Ventoy 1.0.35 i and others can boot perfectly strelec directly from iso without copy SSTR folder
