ventoy can't boot Windows/ WinPE iso on Dell Inspiron 3558, but can boot on Dell 3543

Can boot into Ventoy, but can't boot any iso!
I tried also with Sony pendriver 4Gb and GPT/MBR scheme, with/ without secure boot support but still not working.
these are work flawlessly with Dell3543

Your video shows that you press ctrl+r and Ubuntu ISO boots.
So what is the problem?

Problem is any windows or winpe iso cant boot, just black screen

You try to boot windows and winpe iso from hdd from ventoy's F2 file browsing mode, it will work fine

thank, seem it fine even with Ventoy 1.0.7.9, but not all iso which work on Dell 3543 before, but better than nothing. Thank!

For WinPE/Windows - did you try ctrl+w key first?

The latest Ventoy 1.0.80 add secondary boot menu.
https://www.ventoy.net/en/doc_secondary_boot_menu.html
So when you boot an ISO file it will prompt you to select use normal mode or wimboot mode to boot the ISO file.
Try normal mode firstly and then try wimboot mode secondly if normal mode can not boot it.
