I'm seeing many duplicate menu items (ISO's). Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Re-Format the first partition as NTFS. If it fails to format then you have a faulty USB drive.

I have several USB drives and they all have this problem...

I can't find a file called "ventoy.json" on the USB drive. Where would it be located?
