I download chromeos_14516.0.0_reven_recovery_dev-channel_mp-v2.bin.zip and decompress it and rename the .bin to .img.
It can boot OK in my laptop in UEFI mode.
You should make sure that the img indeed can boot OK in your computer before boot from Ventoy. (e.g. Write the .img file to the same USB with Rufus and boot it to confirm)
