This is not a valid ventoy.json. Too many sytax errors.
It should show a message that "Sytax error detected in ventoy.json" when you boot.
I have noticed here: https://www.ventoy.net/en/plugin_entry.html
that you should use some tool to check the json sytax before you use it.
