I have created an original Ventoy USB drive and added grubfm_multiarch.iso to the Ventoy partition.

Boot Ventoy from real AMD Ryzen System > grubfm_multiarch.iso > (hd0,msdos1) [Ventoy] > xxx.iso > Boot ISO (Ventoy).
Does it work this way for you?
I didn't notice in your video that you used the Boot ISO (Ventoy) option.
