MEDICAT 20.09 is created on an NTFS partition.
This has the advantage of allowing the use of any ISO, whatever its size.
Personally, after enlarging the partition (for example with MiniTool Partition Wizard), I convert the partition to FAT32 (with NTFS to Fat32 or Macrorit NTFS to Fat 32 Converter or AOMEI Partition Assistant) for a better compatibility.
To complete MEDICAT, I add the ISO of SERGEI STRELEC 2020-09-21 WinPE 10-8 x86x64 after having modified it (with UltraIso) by deleting from the ISO the MInst folder which is in SSTR. It is then necessary to copy the whole SSTR folder to the root of the partition. Thus the Strelec ISO works perfectly after launching under MEDICAT.
