Hello,
Medicat don't work by "Ventoy", but Medicat USB 20.08 use "Ventoy" and so it work with ".Iso". I explains this in my last Post.

As you see, "Medicat USB v20.08" use ".Iso". You just have to launch an ".Iso" to boot it.
[UEFI] ==> Indicate that it's a Boot "UEFI" and
[BIOS] ==> For Boot "BIOS".
You can personalized ".ISO" with your Personal ".ISO".
