I download memtest86+ v.6.20 from official website. When I boot UEFI and IA32 work fine (extension .efi) but when I boot in BIOS mode img file does not working,. Can someone help me which img file to use?

I solved by booting in memdisk mode, adding _vtmemdisk to img name. I'm curious if there is other solutions.
