Solved [SOLVED] HDD Regenerator 2011 (DOS mode) Image File
#1
Help !

I need support ,

HDD Regenerator is a unique program for regeneration of physically damaged hard disk drives . It does not hide bad sectors , it really restores them !

I want to use Ventoy to enter HDD Regenerator 2011 (DOS mode) to repair the Hard Drive .

HDD Regenerator 2011 official download link :
http://www.dposoft.net/products/hddreg/83624092/hr.exe
HDD Regenerator 2011 VirusTotal Check the link :
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/980c...fde56149c0

Please cut off the network or add HDD Regenerator.exe to the firewall to prohibit access to the network ,
Then open the program registration ,
Name: John Trib
Serial Number: 01EPMZ-2FD47X-K8YM6J-GBD9W9-FY7C9W-YY9APF-MPU3T6-6FTVCR-KPJX7X-VZCCA1

HDD Regenerator 2011 can create Bootable CD/DVD, but I don't have a CD burner nor a CD that can be burned in.
HDD Regenerator 2011 can create Bootable USB flash drives, but it will take up all the space of the entire USB flash drive.

So I hope someone can make an image file that can use Ventoy to enter HDD Regenerator 2011 (DOS mode) , thank you .

In addition, I want to report that two hardware tests can be activated through Ventoy !

Hello, nguyen ha thai trong,
Thank you for your HDD Regenerator 1.71 version file,

Did you personally put the files into Ventoy to start HDD Regenerator?

I know that burning CDs and USB flash drives can work normally.
And the use of virtual machines can also work normally,

But now I put HDD Regenerator into Ventoy to start

ISO encountered:

No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key

img encountered:

error: no such partition.

Disk I/O error
Replace the disk. and then press any key

Who can solve this problem? thanks.

Thank you very much!

I can't think of a [F1] button to solve my problem.

Once I've created the bootable USB drive for HDD Regenerator, how do I create the ISO? I'd prefer to do the process myself instead of downloading the ISO. (As a way of learning)

Very interesting and excellent question;

HDD Regenerator →Production→ USB flash drive Boot
Although the USB bootable disk generated using HDD Regenerator only takes up 2GB of USB space, the Boot+ program itself doesn't actually take up much space, only about 16MB or less.
However, it is not possible to directly convert a USB flash drive into an ISO disc image file.

Therefore, you can only burn an HDD Regenerator onto a CD using a CD burner and then convert it into an .iso CD image file.

Thank you, it worked!

Was this the process that nguyen ha thai trong also used?

I did the process with versions 1.71 and 2011; the first one worked on all the machines I tried, but version 2011 gave an error on some, I don't know why.
