    I found this error, when I clicked on Installed button. I repluged USB sometimes, but the problem remained. So, I noticed that when the error occurs, it means the USB partition is not activated. So, I have to format it, and activate it. After formatting and activating the problem is solved. I follow the link to format and active the USB, so hope it will help you.
