I tested WinPe/Rescue tool Medicat USB v21.01 on Ventoy-1.0.33.
Download Medicat (21GB; zip archive include usb creation instruction for Ventoy):

Boot: Legacy mode/MBR, UEFI
Platform: Lenovo Z1-70 i5-5200U
