Ventoy error 0x1A on Windows 11 Laptop

I am unable to run Ventoy on my HP ZBook 15G with Windows 11 PRO.  When I select the USB in the boot menu, I get a blue screen with Verification failed 0x1A security violation at the top and OK in the center of the screen.  Any ideas on why?
