how to make a legacy iso boot uefi via ventoy
#1
My laptop boots ONLY UEFI.  I have an iso that when used with Ventoy on a usb drive does not bppt (but it does boot when mode is set to legacy on other laptops).  Is there ANY WAY i can get this iso to boot uefi as my new laptop is only uefi boot ?

You must confirm that the ISO file itself support UEFI boot.
You can use a VirtualMachine(e.g. Vmware/VirtualBox) to test.
Set the VM to UEFI mode and just connect the ISO file directly to the VM and boot.

If it can't boot in UEFI mode, that means the ISO file itself doesn't support uefi mode. In this case, Ventoy can't do anything.
