I get this same thing with latest Sergei Strelec, and with Gandolf WinPE on my HP Desktop computer, and on a virtual machine in proxmox if I'm booting in UEFI mode. If I boot in legacy bios it works normal.

However, they work just fine on my lenovo laptop in UEFI. If you are able, try enabling legacy bios/CSM in your bios settings and try it that way.

I also get this issue when trying to install Windows 10 or 11

Have you tried switching options in iventoy configuration -> EFI Boot File:
snponly.efi
snp.efi
ipxe.efi

I have the same error as with RomanPe, whether with a new Lenovo notebook or an old Seufrace 4 Pro! I started the server in different ways, under Windows (x64) or Linux (Debian) as well as on the Synology. I also tried all EFI boot files without success!
