I think it will be nice to have the possibility to choose a path where the ISO are.
One more suggestion in the listed ISO, something that (icon, text ...) to view quickly the default boot ISO, whitout to parse the properties of each one

You can symlink the folder where the ISOs are to where iVentoy expects the, which is even covered in the official docs:
