Doubt about normal mode

In the secondary boot menu there is the normal mode option.
I'm trying to find out more about this mode, but I've only found the explanation in the MEMDISK mode document.
Could you please inform me how the boot is done in normal mode?

The normal mode is the Ventoy normal boot mode
To explain the principle clearly requires a thick book.
