[SOLVED] FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE not booting
#1
[Image: open-cam-20220305-084748.png]
The FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE ‘‘memstick.img’’ installer says,
Code:
/dev/ufs/FreeBSD_install
not found to be mounted in error code 19 for Ventoy 1.0.70
Do i consider switching to ISO files (LiveDVD’s) instead of ‘‘memstick.img’’ files (LiveUSB’s) and try again with Ventoy?

Yes.
For FreeBSD, Ventoy only support ISO files.

Tried ISO’s and well done! Smile
And i’m also planning to test FreeBSD 14-CURRENT on VM’s, alongside OI (OpenIndiana), Tribblix, NetBSD, DFly, MidnightBSD, and finally OpenBSD, whose host is FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE or Linux distroes, i love practicing independent troubleshooting skills Smile
