Is it possible to change the keyboard layout without having to change with F5 every time you use Ventoy?

Maybe I can add an option in Global Control Plugin to set the default keyboard layout.

The latest 1.0.39 release add a VTOY_DEFAULT_KBD_LAYOUT option in global control plugin.
