Use Files (TXT, PDF ...) from the stick - VentoyMic - 11-04-2020 Hello, on my USB-stick I have several LINUX-Systems for tests and can easily boot each. Now I want to add some files (PDF-Instructions or TXT-Results, which may be updated in subsequent sessions) on that stick, so that I can access it from each running LINUX. How can a achieve this? Thanks, Michael RE: Use Files (TXT, PDF ...) from the stick - longpanda - 11-04-2020 The 1st partition is not accessable when you boot into a Linux Live System from Ventoy. So you can't read/write these files in Linux system. You can preserve some space at the bottom of the USB drive and create part3 part4 and save your files there. Then you can access them in the Linux system. https://www.ventoy.net/en/doc_disk_layout.html#reserve_space RE: Use Files (TXT, PDF ...) from the stick - VentoyMic - 11-04-2020 Thank you, longpanda. Works perfect. |
