windows 11 is not mentioned, windows server is not mentioned?

the files inside vhdiso-3.0.zip, such as bcd and BOOTMGR are 4 years old?
and ventoy_vhdboot.img is 3 years old?

i tried to search the forum, but could find the answer to the following questions?

1. what do i need to do to create .img using latest windows 11.24H2 ?
2. and for windows server 2022?
