iVentoy use iPXE as the bootloader which doesn't support theme.
You can only change the backgroud picture, but current release does not support this.

It's very easy to wrapper a WIM file to an ISO file.
We need BCD/boot.sdi ... to boot a WIM file, these files belong to Microsoft.
As a program with Pro Edition (need paid) I can't contains these files in iVentoy.
