4. Add check for size in CreatePersistentImg.sh (#1384)
   
   
5. VTOY_LINUX_REMOUNT support for both 64bit(x86_64) and 32bit(i386) linux.

Hello,

Ventoy 1.0.65 does not work OK on my W11 computer.

The process of creating the USB disk is getting stuck.

On W10 - it works perfecty.

If I prepare the USB on W10 I can update to 1.65 with no problem.
