I can't use WINDOWS XP and WINDOWS 7, I tested it on 3 flash drives and the same thing happens
Windows XP is not supported now.
For Windows 7, from the photo I think it's a hardware problem.
You can use other tools(like rufus) to make a bootable USB with the same ISO and USB disk, then make a comparative test.
